1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • Parts are missing
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Please provide your order number, photos, and/or video showing the issue. We may request additional information to evaluate the concern.

2. Defective Products

Manufacturing defects are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, where available.

Hobby Corner may provide a repair, replacement, replacement parts, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and the applicable warranty.

3. Change of Mind

Returns due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference are not accepted unless otherwise agreed by Hobby Corner.

Please make sure you have selected the correct model, variant, battery, and accessories before placing your order.

4. Used or Modified Products

Products that have been damaged through misuse, accidents, water damage, improper installation, unauthorized modification, incorrect wiring, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a return, replacement, or refund.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Hobby Corner will provide instructions regarding the return shipping.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method or another agreed method.
